Who are we?
Amazing Little Hearts Board of Directors:
From Medical City Children's Hospital

- Amy Tankersley, LCSW MCCD
What do we do?
- We want to do everything. Who doesn't? But what we strive to do includes these main areas:
- We plan social and educational events for the year from the small playgroup dates to the speakers (like Dr Mendeloff) to the Holiday parties such as the Halloween Bash. We work hand in hand with the amazing hospital staff at Medical City Childrens Hospital - Dallas.
- We help publicize and attend fundraising events for Congenital Heart Defect (CHD) research and support awareness especially the Chloe Duyck Memorial Fund that supports the CRSTI.
- We provide support to families who have extended hospital stays; have recently found out about a child with a CHD.
Most of all, we love our babies! We want to be there for those (even in our core group) who have difficult roads ahead. Our kiddos who are "heart healthy" hold a special place too, knowing that their very presence is a reminder of just how wonderful a healthy baby is.
