HEART N HANDS CHAPTERS serve as the HEART of the organization by raising awareness and educating girls aged 10-18 about heart health and heart disease prevention. We are looking to expand our reach by looking for leaders interested in raising awareness about the no. 1 killer of women in the United States - heart disease. From organizing and leading heart healthy programming for girls in your community, to hosting special events & races, Chapters dedicate time to empowering and encouraging girls/women to live a heart healthy lifestyle, all while having fun!
