ADVOCACY | HEART N HANDS IN ACTION
EDUCATE. EMPOWER. ADVOCATE.
At Heart N Hands, women's heart health advocacy is at the heart of everything we do. We believe that informed voices save lives—and that women and girls deserve equitable access to heart health education, prevention, and care.
Through advocacy, we amplify lived experiences, elevate critical heart health issues impacting women and girls, and work to influence systems, policies, and practices that support healthier futures for our communities.

Advocacy helps close this gap by:
- Raising awareness about women’s heart health and prevention
- Ensuring women’s voices are heard in healthcare conversations
- Promoting equity in diagnosis, treatment, and access to care
- Empowering girls to understand their heart health early
- When we advocate, we create change that extends beyond the individual and into families, communities, and generations.
