Heart N Hands continues to expand its impact with chapters in Nashville, Houston, Atlanta, Austin, and Dallas, extending heart health education to communities across the country.

- 8,500+ girls and families educated through the Love Your Heart Wellness Program
- 500+ girls trained in Hands-Only CPR in partnership with the American Heart Association Louisiana
- 1,500+ participants reached through educational sessions and events in Austin and Dallas
Programs & Community Engagement
- Hosted No Kid Hungry school initiatives, providing Fruit Friday snack bags to 400+ students
- Delivered fitness instruction and heart health education to 450+ Girl Scouts
- Implemented Love Your Heart programs for 250+ Girl Scouts in partnership with Girl Scouts Louisiana East
- Served 400+ girls through wellness programs across the Greater New Orleans community
- Reached 180+ third, fourth, and fifth grade girls at Luling Elementary School (St. Charles Parish, Louisiana)
- Hosted the annual Running for the HEART 5K & 10K Run/Walk/Bike/Roll, engaging 190+ participants
