2024 Annual Report | Mission-Focused
In 2024, Heart N Hands continued its mission to empower girls ages 10–18 with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to love and protect their hearts. Guided by our commitment to prevention, education, and community engagement, we expanded our programs, strengthened partnerships, and reached more families than ever before. Through heart health education, wellness initiatives, and leadership development, we remained focused on addressing heart disease—the leading cause of death among women—by starting early with the next generation. This year marked a period of growth and momentum for our organization. With the support of our donors, volunteers, partners, and ambassadors, Heart N Hands delivered meaningful programming, increased community awareness, and advanced our vision of creating a healthier future for girls and families. As we reflect on 2024, we are proud of the lives impacted and energized by the work ahead as we continue building a legacy of heart health, empowerment, and hope. |

Heart N Hands focused on strengthening our core programs while deepening our connection to the communities we serve. The year was defined by intentional outreach, consistent education, and renewed commitment to our mission of empowering girls with heart health knowledge and prevention strategies.
Through school partnerships, community events, and wellness programming, we continued to address heart disease awareness by meeting families where they are.
2023 also represented a period of reflection and preparation for growth. Heart N Hands invested in program development, relationship-building, and organizational capacity, ensuring that our initiatives remained impactful and sustainable.
With the support of donors, volunteers, and community partners, 2023 laid the groundwork for future expansion and set the stage for the momentum and innovation that followed in 2024 as we celebrate our 10 year anniversary!
