"LOVE YOUR HEART" SCHOLARSHIP
The “Love Your Heart” Scholarship, sponsored by Heart N Hands, is an award curated to support hardworking high school female students who exemplify positive heart health and are seeking financial assistance for higher education.
All high school female seniors in the Greater New Orleans area are eligible to apply, and eligible students must plan to obtain a two/four-year degree from an accredited college or university in the United States.
Minimum cumulative GPA requirement is 3.0
No major-specific requirements to apply
Students of all intended areas of study are eligible
Submissions will be accepted until March 31, 2024
Scholarship Winners will be announced April 30th, 2024
“I am delighted for the long-awaited launch of our inaugural “Love
Your Heart” Heart N Hands scholarship fund. The importance of this
award is to promote lifelong physical activity and movement amongst
young people in our community, encouraging them to pursue heart-
healthy lifestyles well into adulthood. My dream, and Heart N Hands’
highest goal, is to create positive generational health through them.”
